We are proud to say that we offer world-renowned Les Mills group fitness programs, Zumba, and Pool Fitness classes.

BODYCOMBAT

BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy, non-contact martial arts-inspired workout. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories** in a class.

 

No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.

BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories**.

 

Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music.

BODYSTEP

BodyStep is a full body cardio workout that really tones your butt and thighs. With cardio blocks that push fat burning systems into high gear, BodyStep will get your heat rate up and increase cardio fitness.

 

BodyStep also improves coordination and agility. You will leave BodyStep feeling energized and satisfied while burning up to 620 calories! It’s as simple as walking up and down stairs!

BODYATTACK

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater to all members ranging from total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

 

A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories** and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

BODYFLOW

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.

 

During BODYFLOW, an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.

 

Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

RPM

RPM™ is an indoor cycling class workout where you control the intensity. You’re consistently spinning the pedals to reach your cardio peak.

 

It starts with a warm-up, 6 levels of intense strength and cardio burning as you’re keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness and it ends with a cool down.

ZUMBA

Dance your way to a fitter you while using exciting and unique Latin moves. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

AQUAFIT

Our Aqua Fitness classes allow you to engage in water activities that challenge you mentally and physically.  These classes are a Great Workout for muscle and core strengthening, endurance and increased flexibility.  

This class uses water weights, noodles and balls to build core strength and balance for daily activities.  Get strong with body weight exercises and typical gym class aerobic exercises.

Personal Training

Kinetix Dawsonville has a very successful personal training program available to all members. Our trainers are well qualified and take personal training very seriously. It is their mission to help clients get in the best shape physically possible. We have both male and female trainers that specialize in building bulk, getting lean, providing muscular tone, and cardiovascular improvement. We also have athletes on staff that offer sports conditioning.

The first step is an assessment to review your goals, take body measurements, and create a workout plan in the areas you want to improve. We will provide monthly measurements, dietary tips, and a list of exercises you can do without a trainer. We have multiple packages and options available. Our trainers have flexible schedules that will work with your availability. You can meet as little as one time a month up to five times a week, depending on your fitness goals and determination. 

 

Overall, we have a fun team of personal trainers that believe it is their life‘s work to assist people in their health and wellness journey.
